Got questions about Omni? Find answers about how Omni works, your account, security, and more.
Omni Money is a financial capability platform that helps people see and manage their financial life in one place. We bring all your accounts together, help you understand your money, and build the confidence to take control.
Most money apps focus on either budgeting or banking. Omni focuses on financial capability, helping you build lasting understanding and skills, not just track spending. Our approach combines personalised insights, educational content, and practical tools designed to make money feel manageable.
Omni is for anyone who wants to feel more confident and in control of their money. Whether you are just starting out, navigating a life change, or simply want a clearer view of your financial life, Omni gives you the tools and understanding to take ownership of your money.
Omni connects securely to your bank accounts using regulated open banking. From there, we bring your financial information together in one place, surface insights tailored to your situation, and help you build skills through bite sized educational content. You stay in control at all times.
No. Omni is not a bank and does not move your money. We give you the visibility and understanding to make better decisions yourself. You keep your money where it is and make all the choices.
Joining the Omni waitlist is free. Enter your name and email on our home page, and we will notify you when your account is ready. Once invited, setup takes less than five minutes.
Yes, Omni is free for individuals. We believe financial capability should not be a privilege. Employer partnerships fund the service so it can remain free for users.
All you need to join the waitlist is your name and email address. When your account is ready, you will need to verify your identity to comply with UK financial regulations and connect your bank accounts via open banking.
You can update your name, email, and other personal details directly within the Omni app under Settings. For changes to verified information such as your legal name or address, you may need to provide supporting documentation.
You can delete your Omni account at any time from within the app under Settings. Once you confirm, we will permanently remove your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter your email address. We will send you a secure link to reset your password. The link expires after a short period for security reasons.
Your data is encrypted to the highest standards, both in transit and at rest. Security keys are stored separately to prevent any single point of failure. We are regulated by the FCA and hosted in the UK.
Only you. We do not sell or share your personal financial information with third parties. Anonymous, aggregated data may be used to improve our service, but never in a way that identifies you.

First, check that your bank is supported by Omni. Most major UK banks are. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, contact us through the Help section in the app or email support@omnimoney.co.uk with details of your bank and the issue.
Check your spam or junk folder first, as our emails sometimes get filtered. Add hello@omnimoney.co.uk to your contacts to ensure future emails reach your inbox. If you still do not receive expected emails, contact our support team.
Try closing the app and reopening it, then check that you are running the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. Restart your device if the issue persists. If none of these help, please contact support through the Help section in the app with details of the issue.
